6. Copyright infringement.

If you believe that any material contained in this Site infringes your copyright, you should notify the Site administrator at admin@wonderfulsoul.com To be effective, a notification of claimed infringement must contain the following : (i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Israel, but does not apply international choice of law rules set out in them. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between wonderfulsoul.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Israel. Any dispute which may arise between the parties, including disputes concerning the use of the Site and / or in connection with these terms and conditions, including in connection with specific online agreements accompanying certain services on the Site, will be submitted to arbitration, which resides in Tel – Aviv, Israel. Arbitrator shall not be bound by civil law procedure, but shall be bound by the laws of evidence and substantive law. Competent court in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 will be the courts located in the city of Tel - Aviv. This section constitutes an arbitration agreement between the parties for all purposes. Subject to and without derogating from, any matter that is not within the jurisdiction of the arbitrator, or any matter in which there will be no application of this arbitration agreement, for any reason, be given exclusive jurisdiction to - the competent court in the Tel - Aviv and Israel. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. wonderfulsoul.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. wonderfulsoul.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
