Confronting fear
Sometimes we know the right thing to do, but fear holds us and we do nothing. When that happens, do “baby steps”, slowly one step at a time, and conquer fear.

Re: Fear holding back
It’s not that bad to have a small amount of fear, otherwise we’d be too wild for any social environment. Some kind of restrain may be good. But when it holds us from moving forward in our life, then we need to confront it.

Re: Confronting fear
The best bricks for building self-confidence are small successful steps on the path of confronting fear. As you go, you see that you are able to do it, and confidence is gradually built.

Well spoken Dan.
Astrologically speaking, a good example can be people with a strong Saturn (read about Saturn characteristics in the article Saturn Transit Uranus). They often build their confidence with each positive feedback of success from reality. -- 1/20/2013 8:30:59 AM: post edited by Metamorpheus.
